Dear Clients,
I am excited to inform you that I will be joining the Stewardship branch in a new financial advisory firm in Oct 2024!
Rest assured, all your policies will remain unaffected, and our advisory relationship will continue seamlessly. It will be business as usual for you. We will, however, need your authorisation to transfer the management of your policies to our new firm, and details will be provided soon.
My team and me will be in touch to ensure this smooth transition. Do bear with us and give us your honest feedback on how we can do better.

Will my policies and investments be affected by this transition?
The policies and investments will remain unaffected. Our advisory relationship will continue seamlessly, ensuring that your financial plans and goals stay on track.
Do I need to take any action for my policies to be transferred?
Yes, we will need your authorisation to transfer the management of your policies to our new firm. Do take note that we will not be able to transfer AIA policies and arrangement has been made to hand these policies to a trusted adviser in the previous firm. Detailed instructions will be provided soon, and we will assist you through every step of the process.
What should I take note during this transition?
- We will not have any access to your policy notifications (e.g. premium reminder) till the policies are transferred after your authorisation, so please be more mindful with all the notifications via letter/email/SMS from the insurers during this period.
- Please sign off the transfer forms with the same signatures that you sign off during application. If you are unsure, please check back with us.
- The transfer form must be submitted back within 30 days from the day we send out.
Will there be any changes to the fees I am currently paying for my investment?
No, there will be no changes to the fees you are currently paying.
How will this transition benefit me as a client?
The transition will allow us to offer more comprehensive and swift communications on market updates and product comparisons as well as more in-depth solutions on estate planning. We will be in touch to share more!
How long will the transition process take?
We expect it to be completed within a few weeks, and we will keep you informed throughout. The transition process will be carefully managed to minimize any disruptions.
